She’s a NASM Certified Personal Trainer working full time as an Online Coach, CYCYLIFTS LLC. Originally from New York, she graduated in May of 2022 from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She specializes in Strength Training, Muscular Development, Weight Loss, Body Recomposition, and Personal Growth.
